01Overview
Variance is an economic consulting firm in Tel Aviv. I translated their brand, data, variance, movement between values, into the physical office: wall pieces, a sculptural logo, and gradient ceiling panels running the length of the floor.

02Approach
The brand mark is a chart line. I broke it into individual bars and rebuilt it across three surfaces: acrylic slats on the reception wall, tilted painted panels that shift from bone to deep navy as they descend, and framed confetti bursts of blue fragments in the kitchen.

03Ceiling
The corridor ceiling carries the same gradient as a sequence of folded rafts, bone at the leading edge, deep navy at the tail so the brand's movement between values is read overhead, in perspective, the length of the floor.

04Outcome
A workspace where the identity is architecture rather than decoration the same gradient logic reads on a wall, a ceiling raft and a corridor at 40 metres.
